Our Policies

Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded.

Exception: 100% refund is available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking date.

Payment Methods

Episodes Cafe accepts major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through Netbanking and UPI, and have partnered with Razorpay to provide this service securely.

We may collect personal information that can identify you, such as your name, phone number, and email address. We may combine the personal information that we receive from different sources to provide and improve our services.

Information Others May Collect

We may allow third-party advertising companies or ad networks to display advertisements on our websites. We do not provide any personal information to these companies without your explicit consent.

We may share personal information with event providers, service providers, other businesses we partner with, and other third parties in limited circumstances where required to deliver our services or as required by law.

We take appropriate security measures to help safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All payment transactions are processed through our secured payment partner, Razorpay.

Purchase Policy

Our goal at Episodes Cafe is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient, and equitable, so we can get you confirmed for your private cinema experience as quickly as possible.

Block Booking

Once you block-book a slot with us, we will send you a booking confirmation via SMS and/or Email. The balance amount must be paid at the venue before your session begins.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (or email) after submitting your payment, it is your responsibility to confirm with us whether your booking has been placed. Our support team is available to assist you.

Cancelled and Postponed Events

In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement initiated by Episodes Cafe, we will notify you and process applicable refunds. Bookings cancelled by the customer less than 72 hours before the booking date are not eligible for refunds.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after validating the details provided. If we receive incorrect or incomplete details, it can delay the processing and confirmation of your booking. Please ensure all information entered is accurate.

Permitted Use

You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view, and retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use. You shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the material on this site for any purpose other than personal use.

Disclaimer

Episodes Cafe does not promise that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will provide specific results from use of the site or any content, search, or link on it. The site and its content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Specific Rules & Venue Policies

  • 100% refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking date.
  • Total number of guests can be adjusted at the venue after booking.
  • Outside food is not allowed inside the premises.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • No smoking inside the premises.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
